As this is an event to help improve your overall health and fitness , it would be remiss of us to not post about your diet over the next couple of weeks in the lead up to the Half Mara! dIn our Year 6 health class we learnt to identify main nutrients from each of the five food groups and worked to understand the role of different nutrients in the body.
